WORKS Ride Springs installed

I just wanted to give a BIG thumbs up to the guys at WORKS for their ride springs. Quality of the product was superb and installation was easy.

On to the good stuff.... The handling performance and ride with these springs is absolutely fantastic. Gone is the balloon ride and high degree of body roll. These springs do an excellent job of maintaining the stock ride characteristics while greatly lowering the cars center of gravity. Aside from the performance is also the looks. Dropping an inch in the front and rear, the car is easily a +1000 in the looks department.

Anyway, in the realm of upgrading the springs on a budget, I could not be happier. I highly recommend these to any Evo owner that would like to improve the handling and looks of their car without stepping way up to the expensive coil-overs. Excellent work WORKS!

Yes I agree, these springs are matched perfectly to the stock shocks. I actually got 10th (out of 48) at the SCCA National solo 2 Championships on just the Works camber plates and these springs (most everyone else on coilovers). Very very good handling springs.

so I've been doing some research on these Works ride springs...and correct me if I'm wrong...

1. These springs are really performance orientated instead of lots of the other springs which is really just for styling and thus is actually worse for handling.
2. These springs seems be very high build quality
3. These springs seems to have been tested throughly

I'm def. interested in this purchase now...

That's the 0.9" drop or the 1.2" drop?

Sweet, other than the obvious stiffness anything real major?

I can't say for certain, but it appears to be our normal 0.9" drop in the front.

After a week of having the springs settle...does the evo require any alignment?

If yes...can any shop do that...like Discount Tire...etc....or does the evo require more finesse and know how on the aligment?

Thanks for Answering!!
