FP green turbo w/ stroker

Would this turbo be a good match with a 2.3 strocker motor. What other supporting mods do you recommend ? I am currently running a full 3" exhaust , throttle body and p2 flash. Car is strickly street driven.

I know Oliver ran a 2.3 stroker with the stock turbo in his '03 and loved it. (He was also running the WORKS TR-340 package.) He's on vacation this week, but should chime in before long with further details. In the meantime, he did write a little something in our summer Newsletter: http://www.worksevo.com/newsletters/WORKS_Q3_06.pdf

I don't see any reason why the Green shouldn't work as well. Adding cams to your current setup would help improve airflow, but aren't required. We're still tuning with the Green and should have some "official" comments about fuel pump/injectors soon. (We typically added a 255 pump when doing a White Rabbit, stock injectors were OK.)

It depends on what you're wanting to do with the car. Feel free to give us (especially Oliver) a call to discuss specifics about which route to take.

I was thinking of this a year ago... way early spool, way more torque on your daily would be a blast. Awesome in the mountains too + bone stock appearance

i ran a 20g turbo on my 2.3, and loved the way it felt down low. i just wasn't impressed with the way the HP dropped off above 6200rpms. i had revolver cams in it which were pretty aggressive for the small turbo. i was trying for a 50trim that dave buschur was trying to make using my car, and in the process he switched out my revolvers for a custom grind cam which was even more aggressive. that turbo was a bust, so i opted for the 20gLT "green". the green barely made more power due to the larger cams. it just couldn't flow enough air. so instead of switching the cams back out, i decided to go with the 3065r. i almost wish i had tried the smaller cams on that setup to see how it could have done. like i said, it was a blast to drive around everyday. just make sure you do not go above a 280 cam, cause the 20gLT will have a little trouble flowing the air any bigger cam needs.

here is my dyno sheet from BR's mustang dyno.
