A Small Request
Occassionally, we receive e-mail inquiries that don't have valid return addresses. This seems to be occuring more frequently lately. So, if you have tried to contact us via e-mail and haven't received a reply, please ensure your address is up to date in your EVOm profile. You can also contact us using the following:

sales@worksmitsu.com
info@worksmitsu.com

That seems odd, Jaime, because if that happens for your response attempt then it should happen for everyone who attempts to reply to the emailer (ergo, they should have gotten a clue by now). These aren't male enhancement offers, are they?

Haha
I think the issue lies in that the e-mail address that was used to setup the EVOm account is no longer valid and the user hasn't updated their account profile. So when I receive an e-mail via EVOm, the reply goes to an invalid/outdated e-mail address, which then gets kicked back as undeliverable.

Gotcha - I was thinking straight email as opposed to what people had initially put in their EvoM profile. Most people are PM'ing on here, so that's understandable. Now, back to shopping for male, errr, Evo enhancements!
