Any way to verify that flash is still in car?

I was just thinking about this. Is it possible that a dealer somewhere/somehow flashed a stock program back into my car? I bought the car secondhand from a dealership with the TR-340 setup already installed. Previous owner traded it in at a Subaru dealer. I have the WORKS DV also. Boost spikes to just below 1.5bar and falls to 1.2-1.3 bar on the stock Mitsu gauge, pretty consistently. Spikes a little higher in 5th gear (as one would expect), to around 1.5bar. Made 272/268 on a Dyno Dynamics dyno (with HFC and StealthWORKS muffler), with 92 octane. AFR was around 11.5:1. Ran 12.80 at 107.43 at 200' DA, full weight. I'm getting an occasional CEL but I haven't checked the code yet.

The power seems a little low and it doesn't trap as high as I think it should. Any ideas? Are there any telltale signs of a flashed tune being lost? Maybe I just have a boost leak somewhere?

Thanks for any help with this.

- Kris

EDIT: I remembered on the way in to work this morning that the 6000rpm 2-step is working, so the tune must still be OK. Any other ideas why it could be down on power and not as quick as it should be?

check compression and for boost leaks.
also, if the boost tapers up instead of down, the flash is still there.

Did you have the ACD pump problem resolved?

No, I haven't done that yet. Think the trans needs some synchro work too.
