WORKs downpipe installed

I gotta say the install was pretty straight forward and the car definitely has more grunt to it . My only dilemma was the downpipe to 02 housing(stock one in my case). There were 3 pieces of hardware for each side: Bolt, SLeeve if you will, and washer with a cutoff angle. Was curious why its like that. And I wasn't sure if I put them in the right order. Anyway, I put them in like this: Bolt into sleeve, then washer into sleeve, then install. I hope I got it right. I also had difficulty installing the dp to 02 housing bolts. When I thought I had tightened them all the way I was still able to pull down the pipe off the 02 .

The washers should have the cutout angle towards the top and facing each other (towards the o2 housing). they're used to help align the bolts and prevent cross threading. I think they help to make sure you don't coil bind the springs.

I don't see any mention of the OEM springs. Those should be installed in conjunction with the sleeve and sandwiched betweenit and the angled washer. This should keep the pipe snug against the O2 housing donut gasket while still allowing some movement when the engine rocks under load.
