Samco turbo inlet hose

The Samco turbo inlet hose that you sell for $139. Does it work on IX's?

curious about this produc

Does this actually only replace the Black plastic piping into the turbo?....and then mate up to the stock airbox?

or would this replace the airbox?

Thanks WORKS

I believe it fits IX's and no it doesn't replace the air box.

Is it bigger than stock and are there proven gains?

Just an FYI - I have a Samco inlet hose on my IX and it fit fine.

was it a worthwhile upgrade vs. stock or even just spending the $ on a whole new intake system?

I'm using one as well, and that thing is sturdy --- it definitely won't collapse under suction like the stocker.

Truthfully not sure. I received mine with a used ARC box that I purchased. Car made great power on the dyno but can't say if any of it as due to the Samco hose.
