WRP Exhale HFC (High Flow Cat) fitting

Can someone verify by look at their WORKS HFC and refresh my memory on this...but does the WRP Exhale HFC (High Flow Cat) have the -

Shiny/Silver side down with stamped 'Off Road Use Only' words facing the ground?

OR

Is the tarnished color copper/brown side supposed to be down facing the ground?

Thanks.

There is a heat shield on one side, and that should be facing up. Looking at the cat it just looks like an extra layer of metal welded to one side of the cat.

Just so everyone knows -

1. Copper/tarnished side with the serial number is facing the ground.
2. The 'Off Road Use ONLY' stamp (silver side) should face the floor of the car.

Thanks.
