It clears all the surrounding parts. the DP fits as good, if not better than the OEM one, without any rattles, or interferences... Best fitting pipe out there.

I know. i love mine and had never had any problems but recently, I have been getting a look of shift knock. So i went under and the DP is a lil close and I just wanted to know how close others DPs are to the ACD.

Are you running the WORKS high flow cat? If so, make sure it's turned the right way otherwise the intermediate pipe can bang around.

what is the right way? I've been getting some banging and I'm like "this is WORKS, I should'nt be dealing with this??!!" . . .I have a suspicion it was installed backwards. . .

The high flow cat should be mounted with the copper colored side down and the heat shield (silver side up/closest to the floor of the car).

The copper side has a serial number on it and that should be facing the ground, on the silver side there is a "Off Road Use ONLY" stamped on it and that should be facing up towards the floor of the car. Mine was on backwards once and I would get some banging/rattling against the driveline scatter shield especially when starting up the car and letting it idle or going over a big bump.

I turned it around and the noise went away...you can see (if that's the problem) how an inverted (improperly installed) cat can bring the exhaust closer to that scatter shield and cause the banging. BTW, my 76mm downpipe has "PLENTY" of clearance and that should never be an issue.
