Upping the boost on a Works 93 Octane ECU Flash?
I am sure we all know the power added by the WORKS reflashed ECU and Hope to have mine done in a week or so. But I also noticed that all this power was made using the stock boost curve, tapering off to 16PSI yet still making 250WHP, which is still amazing, probably more as their dyno looked as if it was running low, figure a stock evo with no boost leaks runs 230WHP.
Anways I wish to up the boost to a 20PSI spike and then have it taper off to 18PSI which is still very conservative. I also will install an intake to add the extra air volume needed to run more boost unrestricted.
I hear that you can make a specific brain flash for this application, or will the 93 octane flash with 18PSI till be in the limits as there will also be another 2PSI jump in Fuel pressure (for every PSI of bost there is a Pound of fuel added by the FPR) so My main concern is that you may have added too much timing and then I'll detonate or maybe the extra fuel added will allow this to gain another 20WHP (should get 10HP for every PSI properly tuned, maybe even more)
I mean I know guys run 20+ PSi to the red with just an SAFC and they make over 300WHP with intake and exhaust, I want to do the same with you guys, install a MBC and up the bost to a constant level, not have it taper off. This is far too easy of a HP source to over look in my opinion, and if another 20WHP is just 2 PSI away, why not?
Anyone run more then stock boost ( I don't mean the 18PSI spike, I mean 19 PSI to the red) and seen or felt results? Anyone wih a dyno result?

I have asked them many times, never get an answer. But they did say that they are testing it, but won't offer a specific flash for it? I am just confused at the vagueness displayed. I understand that David is a Marketer and not a tuner, but I wish he would diplay more important info as he has the source of the information available.
