Will The Brain be made available for enthusiasts who aren't comfortable with raising the rev limit of the car to 7850?

 

I would be potentialy interested in the reflash if the rev limit remained factory as well.

I asked the same question in an email. I also asked about reflashing back to stock. Here is Works reply.

"Yes it is possible to Flash your ECU and leave the rev limiter untouched. With regards to the reflash, we offer a one time complimentary re flash if you purchase any more WORKS engine modification parts. However, if you would like your ECU re flashed back to stock there would be a small fee. Let me know if you have any more questions"

 

Due to popular demand, we are pleased to announce that the WORKS Brain flash will be offered with the option of a factory rev limit. Pricing will be identical to the standard WORKS Brain flash. When ordering, please specify that you would like this option, as the default will continue to be the increased rev limit.
