getting an F in customer service

I'm trying to order some parts that are not listed on your website. I've sent multiple emails to info@worksmotorsports.com and have tried calling for a couple days. I've gotten no replies to my emails and nobody has answered the phone. What's the deal?

I have spoken to someone at works before and have bought a product from them in the past and they we're extremely helpful. I'm sure they can remedy the situation for you.

That sucks Marshall. Hopefully it's not an item of immediate need. If so let me know and I'll see if I can help you out.

I am sure that when you get ahold of them they will take care of you - especially because you have thier stickers and lots of their parts all over your car (Tom's car).

When you get ahold of them, do your best mobster voice - "Eh, dooo youuu know who I am!"
