ECU removal
Hi I am hoping one of your techs. can help me with this 
.I am trying to remove my ecu on my 2008 lancer gts .I was able to locate the ecu between the air filter and the shock tower. I was then able to remove the 4 bolts that hold the bracket to the frame. But I was unable to remove the black shield that covers one of the two pluges that connect to the ecu. The shield is bolted to the bracket with rounded off bolts,see piture.How do I remove these bolts ?Or is there another way to access the plug under shield
