We are aware of the web store errors, and we are currently working to correct it. We did receive your order and it will be processed first thing Friday morning when we're back in the office. Thanks for being the first order!

We are currently in the process of revamping the entire WORKS website to make it more user friendly, easier to navigate, and free of error messages. So just sit tight and keep an eye out for the new WORKS website.

Can't tell if anything has worked online or not! Tried three times but it won't go to or complete step three, goes from step two to a list of whats in my cart then back to the beginning and start over. After three tries I gave up. I hope my card didn't get dinged three times!

After the final try I said the heck with it and cleared the cart, I'll check with the card company in the morning to be sure I wasn't charged three times. Sorry, we tried, next time I place an order I'll phone it in!

Does the discount + free shipping actually show up during the ordering process, or is that taken care of afterwards somehow?

I just checked our webstore and your order did not go through, and your credit card was not charged at all. If a charge does go through, we will refund the charges immediately. We apologize for the confusion and any frustration this may have caused you Rick. As I stated in the post above, we're working to fix the errors, but it is something that is beyond a simple fix. We are asking customers who are having these errors to please email their orders to sales@worksmotorsports.com, or we can take phone orders on Friday when we are back in the office.

The webstore does not show the discounted total. We will create the sales receipt and send you an email with the total after all discounts have applied.

I placed an order for a flash. The website error was shown after the final confirm page:

"Warning curl_setopt(function.setopt):CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCAION cannot be activated when in safe_mode ..."

I then logged out, refreshed to the home page and logged in again. Then navigated to the view account and orders page where my order shows up. I noticed that the advertised discounts and shipping were not applied so I left notes in the comments field whilep lacing the order.

We got your order Michael, thank you! All orders will not have the discounts reflected in the online store. We will send you an email confirmation with the final amount after all discounts have been applied. This applies to ALL online orders.

No doubt. I got the same error message. I didn't see the discount applied on my confirmation email.

lolz, not really working, just keeping up with the sale and ensuring everyone's order gets through smoothly. I want to make sure all of our customers are well taken care of
