I ordered 3 times from WORKS in the past 6 months. I had nothing but good service from these folks.

In a recent transaction, my order did not come with all the parts shown online. I emailed Ray about the discrepancy and he told me the new kits do not come with those parts I was looking for. However, to help me out, he looked in the old inventory and found me some used parts (which would remedy my situation). He even shipped them to me within 3 days. Keep in mind I am in the east coast.

Good companies make mistakes. Great companies fixes the mistakes and ensures the customer is happy.

We took advantage of the various holiday sales, with all the craziness of the season everything went smooth. One item sold out during a sale but was quickly followed up by a call from Ray and the parts were sent out just as soon as WORKS could get their hands on 'em. Good service.
