P2 by Mail Same Cost As In Shop?

So if I were to drive all the way to CA it will cost me about $600 to have the P2 installed, yes?

Is that how much it is by mail when *I* do all the work and waiting?

Also, apart from a K&N panel filter, are there any other s-t-e-a-l-t-h mods WORKS would recommend? Must look/sound stock...

Thanks!

Most places do not care about exhaust systems - at least cat-back. Just my 02.

You'll be happy with the P2 for sure. As far as stealth mods, they have a throttle body available. I'm pretty much going the same route you are. I have the P2, getting a K&N and debating on the throttle body mod. I would also like to get their axle back as it isn't much louder than stock and won't void warranty in any way and saves almost 13lbs! I posted some dyno charts here overlaying the results of the p1 over the p2. I'm very happy with them. Best stealth mod you can do IMHO. I'm making about 50 more hp than stock at 6500rpm.

I still don't understand why by-mail isn't a discount - if not a large discount... *shrug*

Install is not free. They do charge labor; but from time to time if you make that much effort just to get to Works, they have been known for waiving the labor which is why Works is one of the BEST service vendors around.

$598 for a P2 doesn't include installation? Well, it doesn't specify on their site whether it does or doesn't - good to know.

Still ...
