We are still compiling flow data at this time. Expect it before the end of summer.

Cool, looking forward to something new for the stock air box.

Is it going to be cleanable and reuseable? Will it be paper or foam? The oil in the K&N filters make me hesistant in getting once since our MAFs are so sensitive. I'm leaning towards just getting a Ralliart or HKS drop-in filter or the WORKS one if it looks and works good.

It's going to be a reuseable type. There won't be an issue with filter oil and the airflow sensor.

Here's just a few:

-Better flow than any other drop in on the market

-Easy to clean and reuse

-Filters particles as small as 5 microns

All this and more at a competitive price.

Noticeable power gains from impoved flow? Dyno results?

Will we need a flash or will the current P2 already optimize it?

No software modification will be needed. Significant power gains with any aftermarket intake or drop-in isn't likely, on an otherwise stock car.

When you get into higher performance levels, like the 303, 333 package, turbo kits etc. Then you start to realize the benefits of the freer flow.

The main benefit on a stock car is that you'll never have to buy another air filter for your EVO again.

Damn, I want one! I guess you guys are still optimizing your designs. I'm sure this will be well worth the wait.

It is refreshing to hear about a long life filter. I really like the way you tell it like it is with no puffing. I am considering your valve springs and ti retainers too.

Will you have any airflow and dyno #s to back up this claim?

Tyler - Sounds great, put us down for one as soon as they are available.

Interesting experiment; tried a K & N FIPK on a 95 Montero with the 3.5 L engine, the truck didn’t like it! Wouldn’t idle, ran down the road but a noticeable lack of power. Put the stock air box back on (with a K & N drop-in) runs and idles great again.

Did you reset the ecu?

it's strange that it would cause that big of a problem.
