My parents' first new car, bought in June 1980. It's a late 1980 model, so it has square headlights like 1981 and later. Since it's the "deluxe" version, it has a 5-speed, a passenger-side mirror, and a wiper on the rear hatch.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
Converted to electric fan.
Centerforce clutch (really grabby).
Ford 7.5" rear end, (from 4-cyl. Mustang)
with an Auburn limited-slip unit.
I got tired of wearing out stock H150 differentials.
Suspension Modifications:
Koni Yellow front dampers.
Cut a coil off each front spring.
Addco rear swaybar.
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
Currently on stock 13"x4.5" rims.
Need new tires for my 13"x6" Minilites.
Also have 14"x6" rims from a 280ZX.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Had seats reupholstered in 2007.
Future Modifications:
Make handbrake functional ('cause the Ford and Nissan parts aren't getting along).
New cat-back exhaust, to replace the "turbo tube" muffler.
Make front camber adjustable (because positive camber sucks).
Would like a sidedraft carb, 4-2-1 header, and seats that aren't 30 years old and don't hurt my back.
