Trimmed the stub to 5/8” like I had asked, and it looks like a winner from here! Just have to get it all fastened tight and mark the sleeve, saw it off, and install the slave! Should I use the gently used one I saved from a customer’s car or get a new one? This one can’t have but 1,000 miles on it, but it’s internal, so better safe than sorry?
