Car wont start need a little help
Went out to my car this morning and the damn thing wont start. At first the car started a little then died before fully starting up now it wont start at all. Cars got power and it turns over it just wont start. I figure its either not getting spark or fuel since its turning over. The last time the car was running my wife turned it on and moved it about 50 ft up my drive way and turned it off. Any suggestion before I have the bastard towed to the dealer.

Check for spark and fuel. If the car ran fine when it was parked, I would save the compression test for last. Check all of your fuses, too.
I'm going to say it's a fuel issue. How long has the car been sitting without being driven? Moving it up the driveway doesn't count... I mean actually driven for more than 5 miles.

1. Remove spark plugs and clean electrodes with contact cleaner, throttle-body cleaner, or similar; re-install.
2. Get into car and move key to acc. position and wait 5 seconds.
3. Fully depress accelerator and hold while cranking ignition for 10-15 seconds
4. If not started, turn key off for 10 seconds and then repeat step 2-3
5. If still not started, turn key off for 10 seconds and re-attempt ignition 10-15 seconds a third time without depressing pedal this time
Honestly, it shouldn't take you any further than step 3 to get her running. We have this problem at the dealership (especially during winter) with the Evos because they always want to park them inside and they never want to let them idle at all; just turn it on, move it, park it. Plugs foul out very easily and then trying to start with fouled plugs floods the engine (which is why you depress the pedal when starting the first two attempts)
