Hi guys the new laws in vic state that the car must be below 130 kW per tonne to be legal to drive on your P plates and I'm pretty sure the eve is about 135 kW per tone if I'm correct?

anyone know of or themselves who have been given an exemption from vic roads to be able to drive the car?

please let me know as i wanna get an eve but won't be off my P's for another 3 and a bit years

you are out of luck. all evo are band for p platers in vic. and the new laws are only for cars reg 2o10 and later

yes the new laws do say after 2010 but you can apply to have cars before 2010 able for you to drive
