The BOOST error need help!

My car is GSR.
The driver 176 pounds in weight.
MHI TF06 turbochargers.
The same ROM made four times LOG.
1 and 2 is made of continuous LOG, 3 and 4 are in one hour later.
In the LOG to see 5500-6000 RPM, BOOST curve is not stable.
5500-6000 RPM pressure drops, 6500 RPM and pick up.
Before the test, I have done a pressurization leak test. Everything is ok.
Where is the problem really out? Need your help!

Update on September 15,
****!
Find out why!
When installing, I according to the torque tighten the screw.
But now two screws don't know when fell off.
OEM screws, how easy to loosen?
Of the screw material is special, it must be able to bear high temperature.
Better than OEM screws where to buy?

Do you have the 2 special washers underneath each screw? Mitsubishi uses a special lock washer, and each bolt requires 2 of them.

This will happen all the time if you do not have these washers, and they must also be installed properly, they have little dimples.
