I would stay away from ITM belts, but other parts are from reliable brands.

If you want to save some on timing belt kit, here are a few options:
- GMB water pump
- Aisin timing belt hydraulic tension adjuster
- All pulleys from Hyundai OEM parts - they are made by Koyo or GMB Korea - not so sure if it is also cheap in other countries, but in Korea, they are cheap.
Tensioner pulley : 24450-33020 or 24450-38011 ~$11
Balancer pulley: 23357-38001 ~$8
Idler pulley: 24810-38001 ~$11

- Gates racing timing belt / balancer belt kit - spend more for the strong belts rather than broken engine
- Gates racing also has serpentine belt, but Bando / Goodyear / Gates are all reliable

Most cases Rockauto or Amazon have the best deal. Hope this helps.

i'll add my $0.02
don't run racing belts unless absolutely required.
they're too hard, especially in cold weather.
OEM belts or similar are really good.

I doubt stronger belts are too hard, I am using Powerenterprise belts now, and I sourced Gates racing belts (timing / balance / serpentine) for multiple local EVOs and STis, but none felt "too hard".

They use a bit tougher material, especially Kevlar fiber to fight stretch, so I doubt they become too hard in low temperature.

Of course, I didn't do any hardness test under freezing temperature though.
