2014 GSR iPod Restarting
99% of the time when I start my car, my iPod restarts to the first song in the alphabet. It's a bit annoying how it won't stay on the last song played.
Anyone else have this issue?
It's a iPod Nano 5th gen.

I have a 13 GSR and I would say there is a 50/50 chance of if the ipod being on the same song as when I turned the car off when I turn it back on. I just assume its part of the great audio system of the car along with the steering wheel audio controls that work in reverse half the time as well. Push the + and the volume goes down.... its great.

I have the same problem but lately it has started on the same song again. It seems to depend on how long it is between the times you drive the car. I've went in and out of stores and, sometime it starts on the last song and sometime it doesn't. It always starts over the next day when starting the car for the first time.
It also takes a few minutes to sync up. I bought a new 16GB nano just for this car and have about 5 to 6GB of music. I'm thinking about getting an aftermarket system.

Okay so it seems I'm not the only one that has the problem. But it's strange how it varies from car to car.. Maybe next time I take the car into the dealership I'll ask them about it.
I also have a 16GB nano dedicated to the car which is/was on shuffle. But as soon as I plug the iPod in, the car takes over and starts everything over.
It's a bit annoying, but I've learned to work with it and just set it to Shuffle on the in dash unit every time I start the car.

Did it on my 2014 GSR and now my 2014 MR. Strangest thing ever because sometimes it will start where I left it but 90% of the time it restarts the playlist and I have to select 'random' again.
