Blown Fuse, I think

I just got my small Dash cam today, works great. I also had my iPhone 5s plugged in to charge via the iPod connection and a small flashlight plugged into the other 12v port.

I went out to show a friend the cam, and no power to either plugs but the iPod connector still had power.

Is this a blown fuse? If so it appears there is a 15amp fuse on it, am I able to bump that up to a 20amp?

FYI this is a 2014 outlander sport SE

Welcome to the forum.

Not sure what happened.
But, I wouldn't recommend you go up in Fuse amps. You risk damaging any components you end up plugging into the ports/sockets with overload, from the 20amp fuse..
Keeping them all original ratings is the safe bet.
Just a friendly heads up.
