Odd road noise
It's wondering if anyone has experienced this noise. I can't track it down.
2010 evo x mr. When make a fairly swift left hand turns there's a rubbing sound ( similar to like if you run your brake pads all the way down )
It's only in left hand turns and it doesn't seem to matter if accelerating, coasting, or braking. I have visually inspected the front end, check wheels and alignment. I can't track down the noise. The only thing done recently is I replaced the TPMS sensors. This sound was present before that service was performed.
Any ideas I'm stumped. The brakes have squeaked for a while but pads have plenty of materiel on them.

Stock suspension. Only mild tuning done. I was wondering about the wheel bearing deal. Cv joints look solid. I'm just shocked it's only the one corner.

Does the sound change with speed? Do a couple of basic things. Jack the car up and yank on the wheel and see if you can feel any play in the bearing. I'd be surprised, but try. Then rotate the wheels and see if that changes anything. It shouldn't, but rule it out. I don't think you can see a failed CV joint, and that may be it. It should get noisier as time goes on.
