Work D9R 18x10.5 +15 or 19x10.5 +15, Brembo clearance?

Hey guys

Just about to order a set of these above wheels for my Evo X.

I was told through the vendor here in Australia that the Work D9R in 18x10.5 +15 will not clear factory Brembo's, anyone experienced this?

He did say that the 19x10.5 +15 will though.

Any help would be good, and/or pics.

Why no you post in the Evo 8/9 session?

Whatever, I think Work D9R's brake clearance is indeed less than other wheel models of the same size. Here is an official picture from Work:

And this is how a 19-inch Work D9R looks on Evo X's stock Brembo's. (Ignore the ruined slammed look that makes we all puke. ) You can tell it's 19-inch from the markings on the tire, which say "Nankang ... 275/30ZR19."

Cheers mate, ordered a set of 19x10.5 +15 for mine as well, found out that 18x10.5 +15 dont clear Evo X front Brembos.

I think it looks alright, each to their own I guess.

Did you have to do any rolling etc. to make the wheels fit? Also tire size?

Had to roll rears only.

I ended up going 265/30/19's.
