If you read the pulestar website they only work right with an engine that doesn't have forced induction aftermarket, and you'll have to order a special kind which will not be worth it in the end.

I have spoken with a few independant shops, the results on boosted apps are 50/50 in terms of safe use. Depending on the car and how their boost setup is. I have started into testing engine managment tuning with non boosted setups. I am waiting to hear back from Enerpulse for when they finish their Colder plugs. unfortunately there is only one temp range. So far I havent seen any failures with the plug, their were gains on the 08 lancer, but further engine managment via piggy or a new reflash will be needed to correct the idle instability. It will take sometime to get pulstars to where they should be. They just need to make a Rhino'ed plug for racing grade applications, which means stronger metals, improved manufacturering process to reduce product failures, and targeted marketing focus.

of course money is the decider of things, money = R&D = Growth. but only if you have the right people and leaders as the wheel. lol then its just a ship with a bunch of drunken sailors
