Just installed from 00.30.97, and at least no bricking. Haven't driven around yet, but install had no issues. Just burn it, pop it in, wait for disc to be read, say yes, wait a minute or two to load, restart, say no, and you're done. Thanks Otaku

Edit::Works with no issue. Tried with dvd and no problems, and gps still works, unlike that splicing method. On a separate and 99% unrelated note, for some reason my sound has to be at 28 to be able to hear movies normally (as opposed to 14 for music). That is prolly the dvd's fault though.

Hmmm.... I must be doing something wrong, because I've tried 5 different times and it won't read the disk when i put it in my car.

*Nevermind - I must have been using a brand of CD that the drive didn't like. Put the files on a Sony disk and it worked fine. Thanks Otaku

I finally got this thing working with my 30.99 version. I was using PowerISO to burn the image, and it wouldn't work. I then loaded up Nero and burnt the image file to a disc, and it worked perfectly fine. I'm using the really cheap Verbatim brand of CD-R discs.

I went to check the deltainfo site and theres 4 different files that relates with my MMCS. "Original" 1.04 ,1.04 "Dvd In Motion Allowed", 30.94 "Original" and 30.94 "Dvd In Motion Allowed". I don't know which one to use. Also, i am not a kid hahaha.
