To Unlock your DVD Player in Motion, for Version MMCS-261UM 1.09:
To check you version:
1. Hold SET+NAVI for a few seconds to bring up the service menu
2. Touch "Versions Indication"
3. Note the version string for the "Loader"


Unlock Steps
1. Download HERE (yes this works on Lancer and Outlander with same version)
2. Burn ISO to CD-R not DVD.
3. Insert CD into Navi
4. Press Yes to update.
5. After reboot press No to Update.
6. Done.

Tried burning the iso file again and it says reading disc then nothing happens once its in my car..

EDIT: NVM I needed another ISO and it worked fine, the one posted doesn't work for my 09.

 

Is There A Way To Get A Dvd Bypass For The Version ( Bld-nr-261um 1.09 ). I Have Tried All The Updates And Tricks On This Forum And Others And Nothign Works For This Version, Someone On Here Is Smart Enough To Figure This Out... I Know It... Please Help

 

Need more info. What version exactly? It will look something like 00.30.94, and I think its called the Application Version. The latest patch that's currently out is for 00.30.94 or earlier. If you have a newer version you'll either have to wait for a new patch, or pull the hard drive and patch it yourself.

 

I got the lastest version, go figure, I looked at the site that has the version updates, and it said, if I had that certain version, it was the latest one. Just my luck.

 

i have the 1.09 and .30.99 can someone please link me to file for that version?

I too have the 09 Lancer GTS with the dvd player 1.09.30.99 and saw the last enrty where all the other patches did not work. Please does any one have the patch ?

keep posted there cause they havent released the 30.99 patch yet, im waiting for that 2, they talk about it everyday they are releasing it soon.

where did you find your ISO file its doing the same thing to me I have the BLD NR-261um-1.09 version 00.30.94 in my 09 lancer. Have they came out with a hack for that version yet?
