Do audio brands matter?
Hey guys, I have an Ralliart 2005 and wanting to upgrade its stereo. I was wondering if brands matter in terms of the quality of the music being played back. Or some brands much more reliable that other.
Another question I have is that, is it worth it to upgrade the stereo of the car while leaving the stock speakers, or should i just change the speakers only or should I do both.
Not sure weather the stock stereo or speakers are good. (I don't have the infinity sound system)
Thanks

Generally speaking, car speakers from the factory are crappy. I always replace them with at least 2-ways. As far as brands go, you just have to go to a store and listen to the speakers since a lot of it is personal preference.
If you replace the head unit first, you can decide if the stock speakers sound ok enough or not for you.
