A/C Compressor leaking

A/C Compressor leaking
Ok i'm leaking refrigerant from my compressor but it is comming from what looks like a service port on the top right side, and its slightly obstructed by a mounting bolt.
From this picture you can see what peice i'm talking about:

Up on the top right there you see that welded nut type thing with the little hole dot there.
Is this something I can replace induvidually? Is it an overpressure relief from me having a blockage? A/C was holding ok for about a week and now its just pouring it out as fast as it goes in. (hadn't used it at all this summer until I finally forced that sticky vent flap off of heat mode).
