My OEM 8 reinforcement is ruined and want to use the JDM reinforcement with my JDM rear. Are the parts I need 64001,64410J, and 80506? To correctly mount my plate?

I personally don't think its worth the $$$ to import the JDM parts over, when the USDM parts work w/modification. None the parts you listed will even mount the JDM license plate bracket. There is U-shaped sheet metal on the rear of JDM cars that the USDM don't have due to the crash bar. The sheet metal on the JDM cars is what allows the JDM license plate bracket to be mounted. Also note two sheet metal tabs coming off the rear corners, these also help mount/stabilize the JDM bumper on the bottom. USDM cars don't have these sheet metal tabs of coarse.

64001 = MR520343 = JDM rear bumper reinforcement
64410J = 6430A121 = flap, rear end panel (not for sure WTF this is/does?)
80506 = 6430A065 = license plate light bracket (requires different lights than USDM too!)

^^ not the same thing, im having my crash beam modded. That link you posted is for a crash beam, I just got the USDM reinforcement and modified it bc I couldn't find the JDM parts...
