2 Days @ Thunderhill in November!

T.E.A.M. Racing is putting on another spectacular event this November 25th and 26th at Thunderhill Raceway Park in Willows, California. Participants are treated to morning coffee service, GatorAde, bottled water, snacks, catered lunches, instruction, downloads (novice and intermediate groups), and at least TWO HOURS (six 20-minute sessions followed by open track time) of track time!!!

Cost is $190 for one day, $350 for both days. Details are at http://www.team-racing.org or email us at teamracing@weatherwax.net After reading more about the Evo 8 in this past edition of Grassroots Motorsports, I'm really excited to see a few more Evos show up! And those of you with Evos and such that HAVE been to past T.E.A.M. Racing events . . . please post your thoughts here so that we can encourage more Evos to sign up this time.

See you in November???

From someone who's driven Thunderhill, take it from me, it's a FUN track. It's also a very forgiving track as there are hardly any walls to hit. I doubt I'll be able to make the trip in Nov, but when I was living in CA it was a very fun track to drive. Myself and 9 other cars had it to ourselves a few years ago, it was a blast.

***We've got quite a crowd coming down from WA this year . . . folks from Anacortes, Enumclaw, etc . . . I hope you can make it . . . you all are right around the corner from each other practically. Ahhh . . . Redmond . . . home of one of my favorite places -- Wolmack's! Yes, I've been there a few times.

Oh shoot . . . it's actually Molbaks, and it's actually in Woodinville (isn't that close to Redmond, though? It's been too long since my last visit to WA!). It's a really nice nursery . . . at Christmas time they have over thirty varieties of poinsettias. It's an amazing place. They've probably got more plants there than WSU.
