Bill,
If you go to our webstore in the EVO VIII/IX section under Engine and select the throttle body the default should be pre-mailed core. We normally ship these out without sensors unless the customer specifies otherwise, so be sure to pull the sensors off of your throttle body core before sending it in. Also specify in the notes field whether the throttle body is for an '03/'04 or an '05/'06 as there was a slight design change.

If you have troubles online, just call in and we can process the order over the phone no problem.

415-226-2500

thanks,

We do not provide you with a box to ship the core in (just due to added shipping costs).

The best thing to do is just give us a note in the box that says, pre mailed core with your name and phone number. Please use bubble wrap or something similar to package your throttle body in when you send it to us, just so none of the hose fittings poke through the box.

The Aperture I is a 62mm bore and the Aperture II is a 65mm bore.
