justt thought i would post a vid. two of my last runs at Blacktop Nationals. One more run and i think i would have done better but not too bad overall. New gopro cam too.

33.6 is a very short course.. national scca events are about 2mins.. my local scca courses are 55s-1m10secs

u killed a cone at the end..

 

i did kill a cone at the end. this was not an scca event but got me hooked so going to an actuall scca event on the 11th. having watched the video i now see where i could have stayed on the gas longer and brake harder. Going to try and make as many events as i can and then some next year. After i got the turbo on the car it was fun going to the strip and running the 1/4 mile but after a while it got old. This past year i have been thinking about selling the car and really havent done much with it. I have been working on my volvo 760 turbo and kind of getting into rally but that is just going to be a money pit if i get going on that. I think now i will autocross the lancer and maybe that will feed my needs. Then maybe build a rally car. (if i win the lottery)
