Suggestion: Maintenance

I don't know if this has been said before or not...but it would be nice to have a sticky in the how-to's or maybe general even that has all the general maintenance stuff in it, ex

30,000
----------
Valve Lash (link to how-to)

60,000
----------
Timing belts

120,000
----------
Water Pump

obviously there is more....

then if it does not have a how-to maybe just edit it when someone puts a how-to up, just so people do not have to do major searching for something as crucial as general maintenance information. I mean even if it is to mitsu spec and people comment on it in a condensed thread somewhere...I dunno just a suggestion.

You have to slowly crank the engine around by hand, while wiggling the valve rockers. When both the intake and exhaust rockers wiggle on cylinder #1, you're at TDC on that cylinder (or at least close enough for setting valve lash).

Otherwise, you can pop your Joe's pulley off for a minute, lay it on top of your stock pulley, and mark it accurately.
