halos

i need helpppp...the halos are supposed to be on while the parking lights are one but theyre not. everything seems to be plugged but they just wont come on...anyone run into this problem and know how to fix it?

The halos should be on whenever the parking lights are on. They'll be on when the headlights are on, too, but you won't be able to see them very well.
