Tinting tails.......
ok well I gave up on using film tint so I bought some vht niteshades today adn tried it out on my side markers first

Another way to tint them is to use a spray on tint like night shade. May take a few coats to tint them how you want, but I figure one or 2 coats max. It is illegal to tint headlights and tailights in Ontario, so I am sort of FUBAR'd on that one...
the body shop i deal with has done a few set of tail lights on different cars and it looks good! and u can make it as dark as u want.
he does something to the clear coat...and just clears them. Im telling you its the best way to go. want fade or chip. I think he only charges like 30-50 bucks.

well I just ordered vht niteshades and Im just going to use that....but I dont know if I want to tint all of it or just the top part and leave the bottom part of the light clear
curious on how clean they look.

Another way you can tint your taillights is by using some clear and mixing it with black paint. Spray on with a spray gun. Check mine out.
