intake... and rpm ?'s

I instaled my air intake correctly, but when i acelerate de car the rpm goes down to 500... it feels like its gonna turn off... it didnt do that before the intake what might be the problem?

Is it a cold air intake(long) or a short intake? eso esta raro

Check to see if the intake is on tight. Remember when installing the intake- it has to be air tight. ALso check to see the intake is intact, cause my intake the inner part of the intake fell in and it messed around the MAF - the needle was unsteady at idle. I glued it back on ( some really strong glue).

This is a RRM short ram intake.

yeah i have that same problem. My RPM needle is bouncing around 500-700 k. When i first started driving around it kept turning off on me. After a while it stopped but i noticed the needle was bouncing up and down. I know i clamped everything down as tight as i could...... i have a CAI

your probally threwing codes that the cel doesnt turn about like lean mix or something like that
