? on door panels

I am going to remove the door panels to work on the speakers in all four doors and wondering how to do so with out breaking anything? Anyone have any pointers?

there's a few threads on this on how to take off the door panels. and we only have speakers in 2 of the 4 doors

there's no pictures but the directions are pretty straight forward
