when changing gears fells stiff ,feels odd going into gear .. adjusted clutch ..helped some not much .. what would cause this issue ?

hmmm, i've had this before and the problem with mine was the clutch pedal and some slave cylinder bleeding. when you say you 'adjusted the clutch' do you mean the clutch pedal height? try those two things and see if it's still hard to shift. let us know okay?
