04 Ralliart indicator/headlight problem

04 Ralliart indicator/headlight problem
Hi all,
Got an annoying issue with my lancer that has me a bit stumped.
I turned on the ACC power this morning and the right hand indicator blinked by itself for several seconds and then stopped. Now I can't turn on either indicator or high/low beam. Hazards still fuction normally. Opened up the sterrong column and lever housing and nothing seems to be damaged or out of place.
I'm going to visit a wreckers in the morning to grab a replacement lever. Failing that, would replacing the front ECU be the next step?
