one thing i love about N.C., no front plate required but since i got my OZ used and it was front V.A. the dumb motherfawkers drilled 2 holes into my front bumper

i moved mine to the side like an evo. I just put a lot of double sided tape and taped it to my bumper. I kinda had to bend it to make it look nicer with the bends of the car. You might think its ghetto but if you see it it looks nice.
