first off....u guys were kissin my *** how my car was set up...when i said i was displayin my car at sema...and u guys said u will send me a kit ..u guys have set up empty promises...and i understand u guys do mazda, and other cars.....so i can also open my mouth where ever you guys are....and the conversation with dimanthia...aka owner of accolade...is a bullsh!t as i see

and those quotes u posted....those were buyers.....and i did buy something...and i was unhappy..and u guys will send me somehting....so all togther....2 yrs later...no KIT...lost $400 dollars...and a PISSED OFF *********ER......

and u told OBED URSELF That u will send a kit to me....if i recalled OBED helped u get back into the forums....so u can be a vendor again....

so its up to u accolade...u can finalize this...or we can go to war on every thread u are on...and i already have PM's from future ACCOLADE customers that are askin about the problems...so its up to u if u want war....

damn get over it, none of the USA Accolade employees were even around back then.. you got an attitude problem so dont go disrespecting us when we never even dealt with you..

Too much drama for me to even comment, since its so outdated and older then everyone here I suggest you email the old parties involved to make sense of it.. but why threaten to go to "war" on every thread.. thats lame, it says you're an internet manager so you must be older then 15, respect myself and my staff and we will respect you.

Yes I am older than 15. Remeber...having a great business is having great customer service..i can only get through to accolade through the forums because they never responded to my emails. And i do respect everyone...but if i am going to be pushed over then all hell is going to come out...and if you don't think my practice is any good...please contact JD Power Associates and ask them what my Customer Service Rating Through MITSUBISHI....950 out of 1000...and please ask how all my customers who are on this forum how they are treated..I URGE you to ask.... I am sorry if you feel this does not relate to you, but u do work for accolade and you have a pissed off customer who has been dealing with Accolade since they first started on this forum.

Its over with let it go.. we handle the forums, the USA representatives, and we are all scratching our heads on this one.. like Dave said email the old parties. Nobody here is going to get in a discussion with you. So please leave the Ralliart forums to Ralliart discussion and email the guys who you were dealing with if they are still around.

Wait!! damn get over it? does that mean the promise that was set 2 years ago will not be met? even if the old employees are not around, Dimanthia was the one who spoke to zooracer. O wow, i love how pple deal with buisness nowadays.

So in fact, Accolade does owe a body kit to zooracer.. Customer service is a number 1 priority for a buisness to suceed. You can ask any buisness man, terrible customer sastifaction = no buisness. You cant just tell someone to get over it because its been 2 yrs. You guys should really contact Dimanthia to let him know what is going on how there is a unsatisfied customer that you have spoken to and have promised a kit and that promise has not met up with its words yet.

And Mike show some respect "nobody here is going to have a discussion with you". is that how a vendor comply with a unsastifed customer, please. i haave a freind who was kicked off this board because he sold something that was in mint condition and the buyer complained about something and he was kicked off.. this is pretty similar. idk understand. This is very bad service. you guys keep mentioning talk to the old guys where as he spoke to Dimanthia.... get that straight.
