this is info to the public how service is done, if i might add, i believe this is pretty much on topic where as pple are asking whats the catch and etc.. none which has yet to be answered? is Accolade trying to run away from a problem once again? People are asking for free bumper and how its great but whats the catch and is it really free? Zooracer was explaining a previous experience which took part for a free kit as well. 2 yrs later still haven't recieved it? idk, i think Accolade is seriouse about there buisness and customer sastifaction. prove me wrong fix zooracers issue, send those free front bumpers with no catch. answer these questions.

 

The topic is the body kit "Ingsport". I'm Not sure what you mean by running from a problem. There is no problem. Simply someone was denied a kit b/c of thier actions possibly. This is just what i understand from reading the previous posts.

 

i just want to kno if the kits are still made in sri lanka...i think its good information to the people who are interested in buying your products who want to know where thier products are made. wouldnt you?

Ok that is a valid question, when i read it, i wasn't sure who it was directed to, if you were refering to a delivery stand point, etc.

Yes, the kits are made in Sri Lanka. Is there a problem with a sri-lankain product? There has been numorous time we re-designed our kits and made them better, we test fit the kits numours time before selling the final products to the customer, thus insuring perfect fitment.

No. we are one company and work like any company, when there are sales, they see what we sold and make the #'s to refill our inventory, then we sell to the US and Canadian consumers to get you your kits faster

 

yeah lecture us and create a scene, tell us how we should get it straight, rant and rave to prove your point.. and disrespect us.. thats really going to make the USA staff with its spotless record really receptive to your issue..

Alot of AERO suppliers get their kits made in China, Malaysia, Philippines, others Mexico, we get ours from Sri Lanka.

By the way we do have a manufacturing center in California as well.. here we make kits that go out of stock, prior to mass quantity imported.

About 30% of our inventory is USA made. We are also involved in laser machine operations that develop chrome grilles etc, and misc. assembly for local auto dealers...

From what I understand ZooRacer is your brother who now drives a Ralliart and you have a lancer, so what you say is a "fix" just means a body kit on your car.
