i agree with skylancer but it should have a carbon fiber rear diffuser (if you know what i am talking about).
I not sure what dealer it is from but southside mitsubishi edmonton Canada had one with the evo 8 conversion so it might be the same.

But after reading the whole thread, I think that they are refering to the kit as being the RalliArt GT kit, not the car being a RalliArt.
I also think the back end needs a lot of work. The rest looks ok, but the rear is a nightmare.

I agree with both of you, the rear is weird...really look like the honda kit & only America made honda kit will make the rear lower like that....
you can compare with all other japanese/asian kit, their rear really like the one sky drew....
