I have finally found some different tail light options for the RA (besides the ones in Australia) Thanks to one of our members, I have gotten in touch with the person who is going to try to get them sent here on a per order basis. I am still playing e-mail tag with him, but either way, at least we are getting somewhere as far as more that one replacement set. Here are the pics he sent me:

It is the same one. That is who I contacted... But that is not the person that can get them. It is the person, that took the pictures. The only pics I have are the ones that he sent me. Prices are even up in the air because they don't know how to quote the shipping from Japan. I am trying to catch up with him. It's like one e-mail a day type communication. I am trying my best though.

 

The thing that really get's me TO'd is that, if they have all these parts and distributors in Japan, Australia and God only knows where else, why can't we get them/ or get someone dedicated to speaking on our behalf. That kit is freaking insane! You would not begin to believe how much they quoted me... But I am still waiting for a shipping quote. They haven't really shipped to the US, so they aren't sure even how much it would run.

 

they look pretty good, at least theres mroe options now. I just want something thats smoked. I know that bluebatmobile sells his overlays but my dad wont let me put those on cause he says its gonna dim the lights too much.

 

Just a tought... why not talk to Rob at RRM and offer to provide him with all the info. They might be able/willing to act as a distributor. Or maybe some other vendors might be...

It might help if you get a list going for a group buy though.

I am willing to do that in a heartbeat... I don't know this guy all that well though. The person I first contacted was the one that posted the pics on evolutionm. He sent me to the person that gave him the pics. I inquired about the body kit first off, not even realizing that those lights would work also, and that they might have them. Well, come to find out they can get them. They supposedly have to have the order in order to get them from the distibutor....(I'm not the most experienced imported part purchaser). So he says he can get them and that they should run around 240.00 US for the led's and 45-65.00 US for shipping... A little vague, but hey if it's a secure transaction, I'm down. So basically, I am saying that if this dude is willing to sell them, I am willing to buy them. As a matter of fact, I researched a little on him and he has sold through ebay. He has a pretty good rating also. Let me know what you guys think. Hopefully, I can get a set in stone price for the lights. At this point, it's so hit or miss how much info I am getting since he only hits me up like once a day or so. Maybe you guys can get with me and we can show him that there is a great interest for these parts. Maybe RRM would be down. Cause if these companies are consistently making aftermarket parts that we can't even find anybody interested in manufacturing, RRM should be able to get some business movement that we can't. Tell one of the RRM guys to PM me if possible.
