You know what you guys do whatever makes you happy if you liket he neons fu&% it jus get them forget what i said have fun enjoy it its your car. Good luck to you. Make sure you get a color that doesnt clash with the color of your car and please mae sure you cant see the bulbs from the side and your good to go.

I do like underbody neons, however, I would never get them.
A couple bad experiences with people who own a car with underbody neons led me to that decision. For some reason people think that adding underbody neon is equivalent to adding horsepower and will talk talk talk. I wouldn't want to be associated with those people.
Unfortunately underbody neons were ruined by a few bad apples... atleast in my opinion.
However, if you want them, get them!

black with red neon would be cool.
I think thats the best color matching but,, you should go for LED.
It's NOT looks FAST it looks just COOL. such as other dress-up mods.
