It is funny, my name on package, I did not sign for it, still was dropped, I call the freight company and they said they would put a claim in for me if I knew the price of the broken item. So I go and talk to Accolade about this and they say oh we will take care of this for you...... and after sparse e-mails and no phone calls like requested, no answer came after weeks of going on about this same issue. The shipping company had a name for these kinds of incidents, damages not viewable when delivered, something along those lines, they understood and tried to work with me, Accolade on the other hand, just like putting the screws to people, I planned on buying more from them even if they replaced what they sent broken, now look what happens..... still being unprofessional and contradicting theirselves saying they were going to send it free..... until this post was posted, now they are quick to show their policies etc. and say that they stick strong and they weren't going to send me a new piece to replace what was sent broken...... anybody else find this fishy?

 

well i think you should send a letter or somthing along with the box, not everyone is going t read the box right away and if your not there to recieve it well then i guess its not your falt then is it since you didnt sign for it.

on a side note
for all you doughting RRM i got the issue resolved hopfully for EV-SLO. see his thread, ROB posted on there and was out off town for a race so thats why no one could get a hold off him.
