well guys finally got around to diong my eyelids with CF trim that lines up with my hood here's some pics tell me what you guys think

 

i looks alright but i still like my idea. you should get a pic of the front.

That looks better to me than either painted or CF lids.

 

pretty sweet. IMO you should have went with CF lids and painted half of them

IMO if the carbon fiber weave on the lid matched the hood it would be even better

Looks great! Would be nice if the grain of the CF on the eyelids matched the eyelids. Can that be redone?

I definitely like it better than any other alternative, including RedDragon's although his looks good too.

 

Not bad how did u go about doin it?I have a cf hood an the eyelids just dont quite match up an i was gunna try an do what u did.It just might save me some time.I dont wanna get new eyelids as well(im on my 2nd set).Red dragons looks clean but i dont want any more vinyl on my ride(my car club banner is enough as it is). but it looks decent

 

i bought a CF sheet that has adhesive on one side I cut a piece out that matched the hood and put it on the eyelids

 

I like it better than regular eyelids... but I still can't bring myself to like the look of eyelids all together... your's look better than any others though...
